MOU Renewal Signing Ceremony with Rowan University

On October 17, Shibaura Institute of Technology (SIT) held an MOU renewal signing ceremony with Rowan University (RU).
The signing ceremony was held in conjunction with a visit to Japan by the Governor of New Jersey, which is seeking to strengthen economic ties with Japan.
In the presence of Governor Philip Dunton Murphy,
Attending from RU were Provost and Senior Vice President Dr.Anthony Lowman.
Attending from SIT were President Dr. Jun Yamada, Director of Center for International Programs Dr. Masaomi Kimura and other staff members.
SIT has had a partnership with RU for 5 years and has been active in exchanges through programs such as Enlish learning programs and semester abroad exchange programs.
With the signing of the agreement at the ceremony, further collaboration such as student exchange and joint research are expected.
