Courtesy visit to Ambassador Miyajima of Japan to Poland

On May 10th, Mr. Takeo Suzumi, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Professor Dr. Jun Yamada, President of SIT, and Professor Dr. Akito Takasaki, Vice President of SIT paid a courtesy visit to His Excellency Akio Miyajima, Ambassador of Japan to Poland. The purpose of the visit was to strengthen educational and research relations between the two countries and to promote exchanges. During the meeting, they discussed the promotion of academic exchanges and joint research projects between the universities of the two countries. Rector Jerzy Pawel Nowacki and Vice Rector Maria Elzbieta Orlowska of The Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology were also present to discuss future collaboration, including student exchange. They confirmed that they will continue their efforts to develop academic exchanges and friendly relations between Poland and Japan.
