Vice President Takasaki Attends the 4th Japan-North Africa University Presidents Conference

On July 10, 2024, the 4th Japan-North Africa University Presidents Conference was held in Tunis, Tunisia. The conference, co-hosted by Tsukuba University, the University of Carthage, University of Tunis El Manar, and the University of Sousse, brought together leaders from the academic world to discuss educational and research collaborations.
Representing Japan, eight universities including Tsukuba University, Tohoku University, Chiba University, the University of Tokyo, Kyushu University, Saga University, Sophia University, and Shibaura Institute of Technology participated. Vice President Takasaki from our university attended and delivered a lecture on the educational and research exchanges between Shibaura Institute of Technology and African universities, furthering networking with various North African institutions.
