Commencement and Matriculation Ceremony Fall 2024 was held

On September 26th, SIT’s Commencement Fall 2024 was held on its Toyosu Campus and broadcast live to all concerned. We all celebrated the graduation of 5 doctoral students, 1 Thesis degree doctral student, 27 master's students, and 29 undergraduate students. Degrees were conferred, and the President's Award (Global) was presented to students with outstanding academic achievements or who have made a significant contribution to S.I.T’s globalization.The ceremony was attended by 15 doctoral students, 19 master's students, and 8 undergraduate students, including international students. 

President Jun Yamada addressed to graduates, the importance of "cross-cultural agility" to quickly and flexibly respond to differences between cultures in ways of thinking and values, stemming from each nation and history through an era of uncertainty and unpredictability (VUCA).
In his ceremonial address, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Takeo Suzumi, quoted "It is essential to act sincerely, humbly, and enthusiastically," from Konosuke Matsushiita, Japanese industrial and inventor and said  "I would like all of you to place importance on hummility and a sence of gratitude, and commit to your studies while keeping your future after graduation in mind."
