Prof. Prashun Gorai visited Mele Lab

On June 8 2023 Prof. Prashun Gorai of Colorado School of Mines (Golden, CO, USA) visited Mele Lab at Omiya campus of Shibaura Institute of Technology. Prof. Gorai  presented at Omiya campus a seminar entitled "Computational Discovery and Design of Functional Materials". prof. Gorai focused his seminar on discovery and design of materials for thermoelectrics, photovoltaics, and solid-state energy storage. He also shared his work on predictive defect modeling for defect engineering of functional materials.
