Prohibition of entering the campus due to the 2021 entrance examination

For the purpose of preparation and implementation of the 2021 entrance examination, the following building entry restrictions apply.

■Common Test for University Admissions

Omiya	January 15, 2021（Fri）after 18:00pm Building No.2 and No.3	Faculty and staff working for SIT (including entrance exam assistants) and candidates on each examination day.
	January 16, 2021（Sat）～17（Sun） Entry to all areas is restricted※

※Entry will be allowed for 4th year undergraduate and graduate students engaged in research activities who submitted applications in advance (Sunday is excepted.).
Entry is allowed for following areas and date only:
1st and 2nd floors of Building No.3, Building No.4, Building No.5, Building No.6, and the Research Organization for Advanced Engineering.

■General Entrance Examination

Toyosu	January 26, 2021（Tue）after 18:00pm ～February 5, 2021(Fri) noon February 13, 2021（Sat）after 18:00pm～February 22, 2021(Mon) noon	Faculty and staff working for SIT (including entrance exam assistants) and candidates on each examination day.

Shibaura

※As a general rule, entering all buildings is prohibited, but certain buildings are open to 4th year undergraduate and graduate students engaged in research activities who have submitted application in advance(Sunday is excepted).
Entry is allowed for following areas only:
（Toyosu campus / Research Building, Omiya campus / 1st and 2nd floors of Building No.3, Building No.4, Building No.5, Building No.6, and the Research Organization for Advanced Engineering. Shibaura campus / 4th?5th?6th?7th floor）
※Shibaura Campus is exempted from the entry restriction if an examination is not held due to the number of examinees.
