March 29th, Monday ～ April 13th, Tuesday →Registration for first semester, 1Q and 2Q courses are to be done through S*gsot. |
| < Course Registration Adjustment Period> | May 26th,Wednesday ～ June 8th, Tuesday →Add or delete 2Q subjects from "Scomb Questionnaire". 1) Registration : May 26th (Wed.)～May 30th (Sun.) 2) Delete : June 2nd (Wed.)～June 8th (Tue.) |
| Important Notice～ |
| ①1st semester classes will begin on Wednesday, April 7th . Please note that it will take some time for the courses to be reflected in the Scomb LMS after registration on S*gsot, so please register at least two days before the starting class you wish to take. |
| ②Although your research supervision courses are automatically registered, you are required to check your registration status at least once during the registration period. |
| ③For registration on other major`s courses, you cannot register them on S*gsot. On registering for that, please answer the questionnaire (find the Questionnaire column at the Scomb`s Home on the left side of the page) 1) Registration : March 29th（Mon.）～ April 4th（Sun.）【will be reflected on Scomb LMS on April 7th（Wed.）】 2) Delete : April 7th（Wed.）～April 13（Tue.）【will be reflected on Scomb LMS on April 16th】 You must obtain permission to take the course from other majors from the lecturer- in-charge of the class in advance. You can check the contact information of the lecturer on the Shibaura Institute of Technology web timetable. (SRAS-VPN connection is required.) If a student applies for a course without course permission, the course may be cancelled. |
| ④During the course registration revision period (for 2Q subjects only), the Scomb questionnaire will be opened during the registration revision period. Students who wish to register/add for a course must apply for registration during Period 1). If a student wishes to withdraw from a course after attended the first class, he or she must submit a request for cancellation during Period 2). |
| ⑤If you have not responded to the self-evaluation questionnaire for the Second Semester of 2020, you will not be able to register for the First Semester of 2021. If you have not yet responded, please do so as soon as possible.. |
| ⑥In principle, the annual registration limit is 20 credits, except for research supervision courses.
