Shibaura Institute of Technology holds 2021 Degree Conferral Ceremony

On March 17, SIT’s Degree Conferral Ceremony was held at the Tokyo International Forum, celebrating the success of a total of 2,391 doctoral, master's and undergraduate students.
At the ceremony, representatives of each faculty and major took the stage to receive their degree certificates. Awards were also presented to students who had made outstanding achievements while at the university, including the "Arimoto Shiro Memorial Award" and "President's Award (Global)"
In his address, President Jun Yamada said, “I hope that you will never forget the experience we had during this pandemic: ‘Never be the same as before’, and to put it into practice”. Referring to the adage of "the boiling frog" he continued, saying “I hope you all always keep your antennae up into society, notice the seeds of problems that have begun to smolder, and have the courage to take action and to find solutions with those around you”.

In his ceremonial address, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Takeo Suzumi, concluded with a word of encouragement, saying “You are now at the starting point of your independence. This is the beginning of your own life. Some of you may wish you had done 欧洲杯足彩app下载_欧洲杯下注平台-【直播*网站】 during your college years, including studying. It is not too late to start. The path will open up for you through your hard work."

After the ceremony, many graduates took memorable photos with their teachers and friends with whom they spent their university days.
