Shibaura Institute of Technology(SIT)has concluded an agreement with HTWG Konstanz University of Applied Sciences (HTWG) in Germany for university collaboration.
The signing ceremony was held at SIT, on May 12th. Prof. Dr. Sabine Rein, President of HTWG, Prof. Dr. Matthias Werner, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and information, Prof. Dr. Christian von Lübke, Verena Gründler, Director of International Office, visited SIT and exchanged opinions with President Yamada and other faculty members on the implementation of specific exchange plans. Under the accord, it will jointly hold international and other programs, including exchange programs (inbound and outbound) and faculty exchanges.

HTWG Konstanz University of Applied Sciences was founded in 1906. As of 2017, it had over 5000 students. It has six departments, and places high value on a practical, hands-on approach and internationalization. It is a key player in the international scientific and business community in the Lake Constance region. Its goal is to contribute to the sustainable development of society.
