MOU Signing Ceremony with Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah

Shibaura Institute of Technology Holds MOU Signing Ceremony with  Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), Malaysia

On January 18th, SIT held an online MOU Signing Ceremony with  Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah.
Attending online from UMPSA were
Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dato' Ts. Dr. Yuserrie bin Zainuddin,
Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic & International Affairs), Prof. Ir. Ts. Dr. Ahmad Ziad bin Sulaiman,
Dean, Faculty of Mechatronic & Manufacturing Engineering, Assoc. Prof. Ir. Ts. Dr. Faiz bin Mohd Turan,
Director, Centre for International Relations, Assoc. Prof. Dr.-Ing. Mohd Azmir bin Mohd Azhari,
Executive, Centre for International Relations, Dr. Nur Ezzati Mohd Nasir. 

Those attending the ceremony in-person from SIT were President Dr. Jun Yamada, Director of Center for International Programs Dr. Masaomi Kimura, Visiting  Prof. Hiroyuki Ishizaki, and other staff members.
In addition, Mr. Saito, First Secretary of the Embassy of Japan in Malaysia, attended the meeting and confirmed the strengthening of cooperative relations between Malaysia and Japan.
SIT have had a relationship through ATU-Net activities conducted in Malaysia, and five faculty members from Universiti Pahang Malaysia visited Japan in October last year. 
With the signing of the agreement at today's ceremony, further collaboration such as student exchange programs are expected.
