Closure of Campus Facilities due to Entrance Examination

Due to the preparation and implementation of the 2024 entrance examination, the access of campus facilities will be prohibited. If students who wish to issue some certification and document, please submit from mail application.
※Generally, any areas will be prohibited to enter, but only 4th-year students and graduate school students who have been approved by their fucluties in advance will be allowed to enter some areas,as follows. (Please be sure possible traffic restrictions will be in campus).
(Toyosu Campus)
?5th floor and above on Centennial Main Building
?Research Building
(Omiya Campus)
?1st floor and 2nd floor on Building No.3
?Building No.4, No,5, No.6 and Research Organization for Advanced engineering S.L.T
※Only access control by card readers will be available to check in and out of the each buildings.
■Entrance examination period, prohibited area and exceptions

Faculties and staffs working for Shibaura Institute of Technology(including admissions assistants), exam proctors (outsourced) and examinees on the day of each examination will be allowed to enter the prohibited area. |
