Call for Papers for SJSE Volume 6 (2026)
Authors are cordially invited to submit the extended version of the paper to be presented at the SEATUC 20th Anniversary Symposium on December 3rd-4th, hosted by Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta, Indonesia. All manuscripts must be prepared in English and are subject to a rigorous and fair peer-review process.

Author guidelines
General Instructions:
- Manuscript templates must be downloaded from EasyChair.
- When preparing your manuscript, please follow the instructions provided in the template.
- Deadline for submission would be by May 31st, Sunday, 2026 (JST)
- Submit your article in PDF Format.
- Must mention the e-mail address of all the authors in the paper.
- Submitted papers will be peer-reviewed by at least two(2) reviewers.
- Once the manuscript is accepted for publication, authors are required to fill and send some additional documents, such as the SJSE Journals copyright transfer form.
- Additional documents will be provided after the notification of acceptance.
1. FastTrack submission
Authors are cordially invited to submit extended versions of the papers presented at the previous SEATUC Symposium. All manuscripts must be prepared in English and are subject to a rigorous and fair peer-review process. Please note that FastTrack is available only for papers accepted for SEATUC20th TS-Fast Track.
Submissions should be in PDF format and within six (6) to eight (8) printed pages, including figures, following the manuscript template. Submitted papers will be peer-reviewed by same reviewers of SEATUC20th FastTrack. Only accepted papers can be published in the SEATUC Journal of Science and Engineering2026 (SJSE2026).
Authors of FastTrack should send a statement to SEATUC Secretariat explaining how you responded to the SEATUC20th reviewers’ comments at the time of paper submission.
2. Regular submission
Authors are invited to submit complete unpublished papers in English. Please note that submissions are limited to those affiliated with SEATUC partner universities.
Submissions should be in PDF format and within six (6) to eight (8) printed pages, including figures, following the manuscript template. Submitted papers will be peer-reviewed by at least two reviewers. Only accepted papers will be published in the SEATUC Journal of Science and Engineering2026 (SJSE2026).
Submission of paper:
Easy Chair isn't open yet, so you can't visit it. It will open at a later date.
- All submissions are done online through EasyChair.
- If you do not have an account with EasyChair, you have to create one.
- When you submit your paper online, take a minute to select SEATUC journal topics which are closest to the contents of your paper. You are encouraged to select topics when applicable. This will help us to provide good quality reviews to your paper.
- When you initially register your technical paper in EasyChair, make sure that the list of authors and the paper title are correctly registered in the EasyChair registration page, which is identical with the uploaded PDF file. In other words, all authors must be listed in EasyChair at the registration stage in correct order, and they should not be modified at paper uploading and final camera-ready. If your paper submission fails to comply with this policy, your paper may be withdrawn from the review process.
